Ha! Wishful thinking mate. The raise could be at 18. If you want 1 million shares you'll struggle to get it at less than 18 cents on the market.
$1M will keep the lights on for another ~9 months which is 5.5M shares at 18 cents. The shares will go to tight hands with all the news coming: permitting, assays, JORC, gold pours...
They won't do the raise for the plant build until the SP is waaaay north of where it is now.
