Issue price will be a good indicator of market confidence in BBX. Little or no discount (say $0.15+) then confidence is high with backers convinced by the story and/or data. Significant discount (say $0.12 levels) then it shows the opposite. AndyIgo might just fund the entire amount at market prices.
