How do you know it's scaleable? based on what? The announcement says you will have a semi-commercial plant (potentially) operational by H2 2020 processing a maximum of 50t per day (18,200t per year). That's using upper guidance, which you can't be sure of, much like using upper guidance on avg grade.... always a risk using those numbers.
Still approvals to get too, so still large risk attached. Particularly with timelines.
Plant design seems odd imo, but I'm not a metallurgist and given an odd extraction technique it probably makes sense that the design is not as expected. Might seek some advice from some experts in the field.
