@remote it’s very clear you weren’t a fan of Jack, as many people weren’t, however, to exclusively blame him for the company’s ‘dire’ position is nothing short of BS.

Is the CFO (now acting CEO) not responsible for assisting with the budget and signing the cheques?

Is the Board not responsible for oversight of the business, signing off on the strategy and approving the budget?

Also, interesting to see you are a shareholder once more since your posts earlier this month.
