Once all the programs are defined, I could see some Joint Ventures or Off-Take Deals being done for that funding to be put forward to go towards production...
To me personally it looks like the company now want's to get things going and get the ball rolling.
How i interpreted the presentation was:
-Company has ~$3m in cash still to continue with everything planned
-Company now expected to have Resource Estimate by end of the year for all 3 tenements (Resource Estimate for Toolebuc Vanadium Project Q1 2019 at the latest)
-Company now commence discussions with potential off-take partners and strategic partners
In my opinion it shouldn't take long to make those LTR are dealing with happy because we currently have no off-takes in place and with the current demand/supply this is a big chance for someone to secure a big load from LTR when they're ready!
Still plenty of good newsflow to come based of what was mentioned in the announcement including some news sometime this month again.
