    It's my understanding that CLL was planning a proprietary counter-current atmospheric leach (CCAL) rather than HPAL (prior to adopting HPA-First). I wonder if Willis brings more than just experience from CLL? HPA-First is probably redundant to a scandium-focused laterite project, but the proprietary CCAL isn't.

    (I don't hold either PGM or CLL atm)
