Meso, I understand why you use the 30% figure but I'm considering the JV deal will be with a major who might consider a full buy-out of the conventional within the leases in question - if so, the value under consideration will hopefully be in the $1.2Bn ballpark which would fund everything we need for the near to mid-term for the lions share of our 475K acres.
