Although this presentation (originally released for the cap raising) is the 1st time they've mentioned building their own cultivation facility & the importation of MJ products. Don't for 1 minute think this is a "all of a sudden" change in the Company's direction.
With Gibio, they had been working on the project for 12 months before announcing it to the market. With Amfil they announced the 100 order & 218 potential order 6 months after Amfil did. With MPX they have only once casually mentioned them in (I think) the last Quarterly, despite working with them for over 2 years!
So for them to announce these 2 projects, you can be sure they have been working on them for quite some time and these projects are sufficiently advanced to release to the market.
