Red, if you want a "There but for the grace etc moment", check out the FDM posts over the past week.
I don't usually go for conspiracy theories, but if if this wasn't a deliberate flouting of ethical corporate behaviour, it could only be gross incompetence, which is even more unlikely, given the connections of one or two Board members.
