They already did. That sell down from 8c to about 6.8 or something was all them getting the shares wanted at a discount. Now they want to keep the price around here until they're ready to release it. That will happen in one of 3 ways
1/ they pull the sell order and line wipe upwards
2/ They line wipe there own sell order making it look like large buying volume on up days
3/Wait for the catalyst to be announced then Boom.
A capper is a good sign not a negative one.
