Is it right in assuming upon the decision after the DD period and during the holding period that SPX want to acquire the mine by issuing the 325M fully paid ordinary shares it would dilute the market at the time of issuing?
Seems like an exciting opportunity with much of the ‘ground work’ at the mine carried out, keen to see what is to come
