agree Rolf, but in this case i think it was quickly put together following the Australian article today. So punters can go and see what they actually do, because they don't read fine print.
I would not be surprised by a capital raise of some description - would be prudent by mgmt.
Must say I am surprised that ANZ don't have a stake in this company given the work they have done with KNO. Getting them onboard with a placement at say 12c and a matching offer to shareholders could be just the trick to fix the Balance Sheet and keep ANZ as a major customer.
