There's about 12km as mapped by the BBX geos\aeromag interp. ~8km at Tres Estados and ~4km at Ema (and up to 600km wide). I'm certainly not saying that the whole 12km is mineralised, but the whole 12km is prospective and 100% of the samples from the rock chip programs have been mineralised.
The gabbro bodies are huge (many billions of tonnes) but they could be be 5% or 50% mineralised. It needs confirmation by sampling\drilling.
The breaks in the soil anomalies could be attributable to the depth of weathering of the gabbro and all sorts of mechanical\weathering\alluvial\regolith processes, i.e. the lack of anomalous soils at a given point doesn't mean there isn't mineralised bedrock below ("soil anomalies associated with mafic intrusives and local garimpeiro workings")
I don't know who the neighbours are or if the ground is even pegged but without access to BBX's extraction methods the ground is not really exploitable.
