With the sort of abuse you get on these forums for offering words of caution and a rational basis for questionimg grandiose claims, sure I have little sympathy for some people.
How big was Purdy’s Reward going to be? Any number of obsurd estimates were offered on the ARV threads based on very little substantive fact, just like here. The posters that offered those obsurd unsubstantiated estimates are all long gone to suck in some other starry eyed speculators somewhere else.
People get what they deserve in this life. I offer my opinion and I study the psychology of markets. The internet has brought in a new element. Investment by thumbs up concensus. Buy what the crowd is buying that should be safe. Well actually when the crowd arrives that’s when valuations get the most distorted and BBX will be a doozy if the crowd ever arrives because they’ve set up with such low liquidity.
