Did you read the announcement/letter?
"The Company requests an immediate trading halt pending the release of an announcement in relation to the granting of an import licence for medicinal cannabis."
Expecting the announcement pre-market Monday, if a CR was coming along, I would suggest they would've mentioned. I could be wrong, but IMO.
