Glad to see you still here. Art has been methodical in his approach- especially continuing with lots of the less-sexy items like environmental field studies during the down turn. Some of the data required takes over a year to gather - so could have dramatically slowed things down if they hadn't continued. Art wants to build this mine - and I suspect the only thing that will stop him is a takeover by Teck or another bigger player.....which is a very distinct possibility.
