Was offered the raise through CPS but didn't have funds free at the time
Noticed the relisting today and was amazed it was still 2.3c ! Same price as the raise ...
You are right, low EV, premier neighbourhood, some nice looking projects and CPS boys behind it
I was patiently waiting at 2.2c hoping to get them cheaper, but ended up hitting market for a few M
Once this volume and soak is done, it will blast. Wish I had hooked into the raise at the time
