That Rear Admiral is some dude. And controlled $2b R+D budget for the US Navy. The CEO also no slouch.
I reckon if the Israeli general could actually deliver SAS a planetary satellite cellular network, hopefully the American Admiral can achieve similar success here. Looks promising and quite cheaply priced now. As you say, just need a local broker that can publicise the company.
