The gross margin last year was 12%. This is the reason why. As the business grows in sales, the gross margin should improve. They have done well improving the margin TBH. Back in 2015 the gross margin was only 3%. Management are targeting 30-60 million over the next 12 months with 13%+ gross management based on the performance shares. This will net gross profit of around 4-8 million. After OPEX profit should easily be 1-2 million+.
