Looks like a desperate pump of the share price so they can get a massive cap raising away to the detriment of share holders who will be massively diluted. No doubt shares from the cap raising will be dumped onto the market to get the share price back to .001 again

Once this "business venture" fails as have all others then I can't wait to see what rubbish business proposal they put forward so they can keep their snouts in the trough and pretend to be relevant.

What a total disaster.........again
