Can anybody explain the logic (from an Australian taxpayer's perspective) of the Australian taxpayer contributing $32 million (or nearly 60%) to the capital costs of an operation that will sell 148 tonnes of dysprosium to the very country that imposes tight controls on the dysprosium market?!
