It's a chicken and egg thing IMO. From the quarterly report released this morning - 95k RR's signed up by 31st March so they should be comfortably over 100k by now. They have only presented to 10% of agents so far, but have a 50% adoption rate from those presented to. Current market share is 1.5%, so easy to see how that can explode once the marketing to agents rolls out completely. ARPU trending towards $120 per renter by year end which is break-even point (along with 5% market share).
Bader seems to be what we have needed.
