Dr Tim Dempster studied farming conditions in Macquarie harbour in Feb2016.
Dr Dempster never saw in his life condition like that. He said fish was in high stress mode, not feeding, struggling for oxygen, slowly swimming, fish was in surviving mode!
I know he is paid to tell that, don't believe him. Trust your gut feeling!
