    I find it funny the price has dropped so much.

    The institutional offer is over subscribed.

    Everyone does realise they are not guaranteed $15,000 of new shares. You might only get 1/3rd of that!

    If you are selling today to scrape in a few cents profit on new shares, you might not actually get them!
