It is definitely Hans, nobody will sell below 10 cent , except somebody got the share for free. And by selling at 9 cent , come on, if someone would like to cut the loss and definitely do it early , and not selling on very tiny little amount frequently , it cost too much brokerage fee. The question is , how many he owns ?and how many remaining?
