They're 5 cent options. Market is 5+ so you convert for discounted F/pd shares- why is that such an insane concept? And unless they're European oppies then that can happen any time.
Regardless of whatever miscommunication is going on here they've raised monies wholesale so at the very least around 5. If its a cornerstone play then even better for us. Glad its out the way anyway
