IMO CR would be more likely. presentation is released for this purpose.
note that our top20 is holding strong 54% of the heads
It is best thing to do at this time.
1. TRL want to push exploration asap
2. TRL want big money as well as attracting sop invester and insto, evidently want to keep the price at this level (also avoid sell out after cr)
