As Novac points out the oppies are irrelevant for this years cash needs. They MIGHT fund some of 2017, but only if the sp holds up at conversion date.
Of course there will be a CR, or if they hold to form a series of very small ones, until something creates a higher sp and a much greater need for cash. I'd be happy to see say 10 mm issued at 5 cps any time soon, and placed with the right sorts that wouldn't materially damage the sp or upside.
