They have an arrangement with a bank to provide a loan facility.
Unless they can replenish their cash piles from the xmas period, they will be a bit light on and they may look at raising some more cash.
I did think that maybe the reason for the SP going up had something to do with that. But, unless they're using someone else accounts not tied to the company already, then probably unlikely as we would have noticed if directors were buying agian.
