    Facts are:
    Presentation wasn't as "juicy" as expected - still no naming of clients.
    Capital Raising for 125m shares at 10c
    One of the POK directors selling a small quantity of shares on-market for whatever reason
    Potentially trapped Bulls from the recent spike to 22c
    Acquisition/re-listing risk and ~2month wait until this begins trading as Buddy on the ASX


    All signs point to depreciation of share price in the near-term...
