Woah, hold the phone (excuse the pun).

On one hand you are telling us that the product we have all invested in, is complete rubbish, only to then admit that (1) you haven't tried to help your wife download the software (as easy as I have found that to be) (2) following on from that, you most likely also haven't called the company to see if the issue can actually be fixed or whether it is user error, and (3) she hasn't actually used it.

I think both shareholders and the company deserve a little more respect than that.
