I didn't say that an array becomes stable, I said it becomes more stable. eg a 3 metre tinny compared to a 200 metre ship. Which one is more stable?
Yes maintenance is onshore. That is one of my points. A small thing goes wrong and the whole lot needs to be taken ashore.... more expense. They say it can produce power from six motions.... with one unit? Think about it, up and down backwards and forwards and round and round..... Maybe it has 3 generators within the one module? maybe two, thats fine.... but more complications and expense.
Another thing, in their animation, the unit has more movement than the available wave form has available....deceptive representation or an oversight?
The more you think this through the more problems I can see arising. I guess that is something that 40 years in maintenance and design does for ya.
This is just a sales document. I need detail to spend money.
