I assume that you mean to state "Look out for announcement early SECOND HALF of 2015 rather than Q2", which started in April, i.e. is behind us?
And I do have one follow-up question: For RXL to go into Ni production in 2016, I assume that they do not have the necessary funds at hand? How much will they have to raise for that (approx.) and hence this will be probably lead to some more dilution due to increased number of shares?? Or perhaps there will be some other ways for financing this venture into production possible?
