because i've got no idea of what the issued price will be!!.... also thier will be a gap... between selling & getting new shares!!.. what if!!... happens in between??.. the resk IS NOT WORTH IT!!... imo.. just a couple of reason... & don't want to realise my loss at present... a few reasons...lol...
