The technology sounds good, but I don't understand why the deal is convoluted the way it is - also, they need to make the sales!
IMO if think they have a winner that everyone will want and then sit back and arrogantly wait for business to walk in the door, they will be making a fatal mistake.
Looks like some potential may exist, but I still cannot understand why they have not commercialised it with revenues before now!?
