iWebGate won awards back in 2010. I am not sure how successful they have been since. I could not find any information as to whether iWebGate is profitable or not, but since they appear to have needed money from MYA to repay loans they may not be profitable ?

According to the presentation @13.5c the MC will be $320m (post transaction).

I will watch this from the sidelines until more information is available on revenue, profit etc.
