ASF Group increases stake in ActivEX to 26.8%

ASF Group (ASX: AFA) has increased its stake in copper-gold explorer ActivEX (ASX:AIV) to 26.8% with more investors taking up its on-market takeover offer of $0.015 cash per AIV share.

This is up from the previous 25.53% and increases its total shareholding to 65,617,150 shares.

The unconditional on-market takeover offer was made on 13 May 2013 and extends to shares to be issued under ActivEX's Rights Issue.

ActivEX has a portfolio of exploration projects focused on copper and gold across Queensland and one advanced potash project in Western Australia.
