I used to automatically avoid any company with anything approaching substantial debt... then I had the 'epiphany' that lots of other investors were doing the same... thus creating 'artificially' low demand, thus creating price inefficiencies.

Having said that I still avoid companies that have debt without revenue... when my analysis skills improve further I'll dig in that hole too, and I'm sure I'll find more rough diamonds.

TTI is still undervalued, simply due to low investor awareness/ignorance.

Try advertising the investment merits of TTI on television during an AFL grand final.

Fundamentals will stay static... but the share price wouldn't!
