Remember you mentioning Morgan in on of your previous posts,
could you elaborate some more about him as I'm not to familiar, also wandering why you didn't buy in at time of your post as you would have made a tidy profit?

Constant share issues and so called performance shares always bug me, admittedly needed to some degree but unfortunately given to freely as the few guys at the helm of most companies obviously look after their short term interest first, no performance shares should be issued at all until such time til the company is cash flow positive and pays dividend's then I think a nice bonus is warranted but until then a salary should be more than enough, if this would be the case I am sure they would look at their expenses bit more closely and most companies SP's would be higher. That's my whinge on this subject in general not just AYN..
