I think the issuea are that the September Presentation implies tough times ahead in the short term
.. profitability issues with the RV division which is evident in both the numbers and the rhetoric
.. no earnings growth in the Manufactured Accomdation division FY13
.. Osprey contribution from 3Q2013 and Gladstone in 1Q2014
The Outlook on Slide 2 talks about:
.. increased dividends as the hero topic, not increased profits
.. Strong Resources demand (does the Market believe this?)
.. Lower short term occupancy at Searipple
