also look at the price assumption they use in the apurimac npv - $60! without having accurate figures for magnetite concentrates its hard to know exactly, but $80-100 is probably realistic long term - you don't have to be an expert to work through the implications of that for the DCF model. cuzco could easily eventually be a similar size to apurimac. for an implied price of $20m this stock is outrageously cheap.
