The share price is not rising because there are too many sellers and those sellers are most likely all the sophisticated investors from the last capital raise.
If Winx1 fails and still a good chance it will, and if the farm out is not secured before the drill then we are up ship creek because oil companies will know we are in trouble. We need a farm out in the next two weeks for the share price to rise.
