Hi Dolce, I understand how you see me and even presume I have some sort of agenda at times... but I am going to give you honest responses to your questions and statements.. I know we bump heads and you accuse me of allot of slurs.. but I genuinely would like those alike yourself that keep standing up for Tony and azure to explain how we are going to avoid massive dilutions on the lead up to any type of revenue... but for some reason no one here entertains the idea of revenue as no one can see it any time soon.. but hey, lets be civilized and truly discuss the issues that are concerning...

why am I still here, I honestly am struggling to answer that myself, I have questioned my self endlessly here.. the heart of it as mentioned a few times is due to my holding which is way large, my loss is horrid at present... My normal practice when this happens is to pick the floor, average down and either look for a exit or continue to hold depending on the news or sentiment, or even the sector to which the stock is in.. I have a stock that I have held for over 12 months that did a similar slide as with Azure, I averaged down and got lucky with the news, I still hav'nt sold that stock as I am impressed with managements timelines and revenue performance... due to my last average down with AZS I will not throw any more money at Azure, as I would need to literally throw another six figures at it to make my average worthwhile considering the floor we are at... I cant see anything coming to rerate azure any time soon, so im not confident either... this is the dead set truth... so Im literally living in hope at his stage...
So you sledge away, The big issue being the status of this news release. Go on then. Knock yourself out on the big issues.
to any holder that is optimistic like a few on here would see me as sledging, but really I am challenging holders to show me where I am wrong.. a few here make ridiculous statements making out Tony is ticking all the boxes and alike, but far from it... time frames get pushed out, cash burn continues to be ludicrous, no mention of a revenue forecast... the news release that have come and gone are doing nothing for Azure, you think as you have mentioned over and over is that annalists are not registering what is happening here, or no one understands Mexico.. I just cant see this at all... Annalists along with many brokers have looked here and see more CR's to come to even contemplate any type of production let alone more fiances needed to explore... nothing has changed for Azure, they are still doing what they have always done... however the company has a history of massive admin costs which have been supported only via massive CR's...
But he IS going to present the PEA for Oposura. Isn't he?
PEA will do next to nothing imo for Azure. The feasibility study as you are aware is a type of analysis used in measuring the ability and likelihood to successfully complete a project including all relevant factors. it is the feasibility study that will give the likes of serious onlookers and analysts a clear indication of time lines and funds needed, along with potential revenue... this is the only study that will spike the SP hard if done correctly with a good outcome, usually a feasibility study is within 80% accuracy according to my knowledge.. More specifically, a PEA tends to have information on pre-production capital costs, life-of-mine sustaining capital, mine life and cash flow, as well as details on processing and production methods and rates, but usually PEA is no where as accurate as a feasibility study.. hence the onlookers may take a interest but will need more reassurance due to history here proving nothing but cash burn from previous projects..
Meanwhile we get this 'are we there yet?' and supposedly baffled responses from you.
its not so much are we there yet, its more about how much more money are you going to ask for, why such massive cash burn via admin costs, when will TR actually sound confident and make some actually revenue statements.. Im seeing history all over again... but Im not willing to let go at this stage... if someone has a spare $200K+ to take my shares that they owe me I will hand them over.... my average now is 30.5 cents

I have answered you to why I am still here above, that is the truth... whether you except it is up to you... I originally thought Alacran was going to jump the SP a minimum of 100%, I excepted that the first result was very disappointing and now had to figure do I take a chance on Sara and Oposura... I have made a bad decision here, and at present am regretting my holding... but Im looking for either a way out, or if something comes to the table that is worthy I may hang on for a little while... but the way I feel with the history and the actions of management I would like to just get my money back... I would come back on the lead up to production after all funds have been secured.... I wouldn't care if it was 1000% higher entry, at least the risk will be less... The consolidation was a massive alarm for me as most coys do this knowing they have much CR's to do to support their future... Tonys mannerisms and statements in his presentations proves so far to me that many CR's are yet to come due to the time lines indicated... the "sensitive" announcement today is embarrassing, this is not sensitive at all, the info presented here we have already had... he is just attempting to gain more interest to support more CR's... forget these stupid presentations and lets get on with real work TR...
any way... there are my answers that Im sure you will find ways to just belittle me... I would love some genuine input on my concerns... the likes of a few here alike carmat, gaucau and yourself never address any of the above... your always reaching in your statements that have next to no substance... In honesty I find you Dolce at least attempting to back up your statements, but yet again you avoid the issues alike cashburn and dilution, charts, history... sometimes its worth considering all avenues whether pessimistic of optimistic...
Do you guys honestly think dilution to the register isnt going to happen?
