A large number of those shares on issue are tightly wrapped up. Free float is much less than 94m
One of the other things I like about this outfit is they are well connected with a long history in the region and have the ability to move very quickly to secure any ground of interest that may "fall over" ie The midnight pegger.
They have been very resourceful in putting the Zuleika tenement package together under the noses of the big companies next door
