I know there has been some feedback from capital raisings (both the latest and previous) that a 100% ownership structure would be more attractive to instos. Having Cascade as a 51% controlling stake in the early days is smart however as block to an opportunistic low ball takeover from a predator but now is the time to let Torian trade on it's own merits.
Putting them together will increase liquidity and therefore put it on more investors radars.
