I know that PRY are really trying to grow by expanding into areas outside traditional GP practices (they do have a smattering of radiology and pathogy business).
They are aggressively offering great deals to psychiatrists to start low cost psychiatry practices and the same now with IVF (low cost). It is possible this is their ophthal arm that they might look at expanding in the future.
