Doc. as far as the GM is concerned and indeed the promotion of the reason for the GM . this is driven entirely by the Chair and perhaps your ire should be directed there. DW does not call the meetings. We have a chair and an MD both have different responsibilities no matter how close they work. At the end of the day the chair has these key responsibilities the most important is to fire and hire the MD.
