I’m totally confused. Isn’t the incentive for a director to provide extraordinary returns to shareholders contained in the parcel of shares & options they are already allocated as part of their remuneration? With this if they win/we win - we shouldn’t be allowing further incentives for directors to perform. If anything a remuneration package should have a clause by which the directors forfeit their holdings or part thereof for non performance. It’s oil exploration - the oil is either there or not - we can either get it out or not.. come now team let’s get on with this job rather than sticking our hands out all the time for more cash to do what we were already employed in the first place to do.. BIG NO from me!!!
