Whats he getting paid for doing at the moment?
I have voted no. Had there been defined targets to acheive i probably would have voted yes.
Share price could go up on rumour’s alone as it did during first icewine drill and trigger daves reward.
Let the company actually start acheiving some basic’s and then come back for a bonus scheme.

A lot of share holders have tied their money to this company for up to three years, some of the old tangiers mob a lot longer, a lot have lost money and have held on to the dream so they can regain their loss. What ever their stories are, they have locked their money in with little or no reward when they could have bailed and made money else where.
So, bottom line, management do the job you being paid to do and make some monetary shareholder value for us first and then we’ll talk about a bonus. Don’t forget that these guys are on pretty good pays plus they already have received large amount’s of cheap options so if the company acheives sucess they will be well rewarded.
