If DW was walking away with 10mill shares after 8cent level maintained after 1st yr..
20mill shares after 16c level maintained in 2nd yr..
30mill shares after 24c level maintained in 3rd yr..
Etcetcetc... with possibility for each 3levels to be hit in 3rd yr meaning all allocations still made..
This would still make him way more richer than any of us.. but we would still be way more richer relative to now...
The current program proposed gives the image that management only partly believes in the underlying assets..
